My Vision

Traditional rehab isn't enough for most runners. I don't just want you to return to running, I want you to return to your highest running abilities. I want you to run for life. 

My mission is to empower every runner with personalized training and recovery strategies, to not only get back to running, but stay running. I want you to stay ahead of the aches and pains, so you are stepping on that start line at your peak.
